Ukraine Daily Update | Day 729
Video Summary
I’m writing on the 729th day of the unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine. Today, a deadly strike in the occupied Kon Oblast region of Ukraine has left a company of Russian invaders dead. This is a stark reminder of why Ukraine desperately needs long-range weapons to defend against the Russian invasion. A single Gsdb strike can eliminate an entire company of Russian personnel, while three to five strikes can defeat a Russian battalion. 15 to 20 strikes can even wipe out an entire Russian brigade.
The Russian regime will not rest until it has achieved its goals, but it’s been a hardly noticed fact that they have already lost 50% of the territories they controlled in 2022. This is a truth that cannot be ignored, and it’s imperative that we do not fall for the lies and propaganda peddled by the Russians.
I want to highlight a recent disturbing case of Russian persecution. Kaida Kelina, a 33-year-old Russian-American ballerina, was arrested in Russia for donating $51 to a Ukrainian non-profit organization. She is now facing a lifetime in prison for treason. This is the kind of peaceful, democratic Russia that the international community should expect, not the tyrannical regime that it has become.
I urge everyone to attend demonstrations and rallies supporting Ukraine this Saturday, and to organize such events in their own communities. Let’s show our support for Ukraine and condemn the Russian regime’s terrorist activities. The Russian regime will try to disrupt our plans, but we must prove to them that we will not be silenced.
