Tac Ops Show Episode 1 – Nukes in Ukraine
Video Summary
One of the big questions on everyone’s mind right now is whether Russia is using nuclear weapons in Ukraine. I mean, they’re really not doing too well in Ukraine. Here’s a map showing the positions of Russia on August 4th and October 4th. As you can see, things aren’t looking great for them. In fact, they’ve lost a lot of ground. The only area they’ve managed to take back is around Kherson and a little bit around Donetsk, but that’s basically it.
Now, Russia has three options, and none of them are looking great. They can retreat, which isn’t happening, pull out of Crimea, which is even less likely, or they can mobilize, which they’ve done, but that’s not going to do them much good. I mean, they’re getting a bunch of untrained, unmotivated people who are just pulled out of their daily lives and hurled into Ukraine to fight, and that’s not going to be effective.
The third option is using nuclear weapons. Now, Russia has about 4,500 warheads, and they’ve got two types: strategic and tactical. The strategic ones are the big ones, up to 200 kilotons, while the tactical ones are smaller, used on the battlefield to try to win. I think it’s likely they’ll use the tactical ones, not the big ICMBs, because those could be shot down, and Ukraine has already been shooting down some Russian cruise missiles. A ballistic missile is the likely option, but then the question is, how and where do they use them? It’s a tough one.
I’ve always thought that Russia wouldn’t use nukes, but in the end, I think they might. They might launch one and blow it up over the Black Sea, just to make a point and show they’re not to be messed with. That’s my guess, anyway.
We’ve also got a video of a Russian nuclear test, and it’s pretty crazy. You can see the fireball and the mushroom cloud, and it’s just incredible. It’s like something out of a sci-fi movie. And can you imagine if something like that happened over a town? It’s just devastating.
By the way, have you seen the videos of those little red sprites that appear in the atmosphere during heavy storms? They’re like reverse lightning, and some people think they might be a way for us to communicate with aliens. I mean, I don’t know about that, but they’re certainly a freaky sight.
We’ve also got some cool videos of a T-45C jet flying from Kingsville to the JRB in Fort Worth, and a P-51 Mustang at the Duxford Air Show. It’s just amazing to see all those planes in the air at once, and the sound of them is just incredible. It’s like a deep, rumbling engine, completely different from the whine of a jet engine.
We’re also planning to go to the Alliance air show in a couple of weeks, and I’m hoping they’ll put on a good show for us. And finally, we’ve got a fun segment about the Army and a big cavalry charge, with tanks, helicopters, and guns. It’s just like something out of a movie. I want to be the covered wagon guy, but I think the trumpet guy would be pretty cool too. Anyway, that’s it for our first episode, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it goes over. Thanks for watching, and don’t forget to like and subscribe.
