Update from Ukraine | Ukraine Strikes with new Forces | Ahmat Soldiers Encircled…
Video Summary
Let’s start with the latest military map update from the Kursk Oblast. According to the m73 analytics, Ukraine has managed to gain more ground, despite the Russian claims of halting the Ukrainian Army’s advance towards the north. However, the pace of the advance has slowed down, and Ukraine has occupied a significant part of the ground, including the No Vyan village. We also have confirmation that Russia has launched a counterattack to retake control of the Suja region, which is now partially encircled by Ukrainian forces.
The Russian counteroffensive hasn’t been successful so far, and Ukraine is focusing on building its defensive positions near the Kursk region. According to a report from the Institute for the Study of War, Ukrainian forces have advanced in the Kursk region, despite Russian claims of stabilizing the situation. Russia is also sending reinforcements from the north, near the Kursk Oblast, while keeping its foothold in the eastern front.
Ukraine is likely to advance further, possibly even in the Belgorod Oblast. We know that Ukraine has already taken one of the Russian settlements in Belgorod, with minimal resistance, and the Ukrainian Army is gathering forces for a possible big strike. Russia is also getting nervous, and the governor of the Belgorod Oblast has announced the evacuation of one of the districts bordering Ukraine. This morning, we saw reports of fighting in the village of Kotel, which is bordering Ukraine.
The Russian military is still using the term “voluntary evacuation,” where locals are not being forced to leave their homes, but are being offered $100 to do so. This is a new development in the Kursk region, where no evacuation was previously announced. I’ll continue to share more information about this in this video.
I’d like to take a moment to talk about the Ahmad Battalion. The Russian media is claiming that they have captured a Ukrainian soldier, Cadero, who was wearing a Stefan Riche sport jacket similar to the one I’m wearing. This is interesting, as it shows that Cadero was likely a mercenary fighting for the Russian side. I’d like to share some information about the Russian military equipment and tactics, as well as the Russian propaganda trying to present the Ukrainian Army as the aggressor.
