Russian aerial bombs strike Konstiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, killing 1 and injuring 2
Russian forces launched guided aerial bombs on Konstiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast, on Sunday afternoon, reported Vadim Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
Konstiantynivka, located in the Ukrainian-controlled part of Donetsk Oblast, faces frequent Russian strikes. This aligns with Russia’s broader strategy to advance through key Donetsk cities, as outlined by Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine’s Armed Forces. The Russian plan appears to involve a step-by-step advance through Chasiv Yar, Konstiantynivka, Druzhkivka, Sloviansk, and Kramatorsk, aiming to extend control to the Donetsk Oblast’s borders.
Russians dropped 3 guided bombs on the city of Kostiantynivka in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast.
