Russia launches missile attack against Odesa, casualties reported

Russia launched a missile attack against the central part of Odesa on Nov. 25, inflicting casualties, Governor Oleh Kiper reported.
"Civilian infrastructure was damaged, namely residential buildings," Kiper said.
