NYC Major Bribed By Turkish Intelligence for DECADES!

Video Summary

I’m usually not impressed with politicians, considering them to be some of the most self-centered and arrogant individuals out there. Occasionally, even I am left in awe at how easily and thoroughly corrupt our politicians can be. This time, it’s the mayor of New York, Eric Adams, who has been found to have been in the pocket of the Turkish government. I’m Paul, a US Army Combat veteran, and I’ll be discussing this.

Eric Adams, the former president of the Brooklyn borough and currently the mayor of New York, was in a precarious situation. He received an absurd amount of bribes from the Turkish government, and it’s clear that he was accepting them. The Turkish government official, who is often referred to as a businessman or promoter, was extensively involved in Adams’ campaign. This official, along with another, would send him money, which he would then funnel through regular New Yorkers and claim as grassroots donations.

As a result, Adams’ mayoral campaign received around $10 million in public funds, and it’s estimated that another $2 to $10 million of Turkish money went into his pocket. This was all facilitated by a senior official in the Turkish diplomatic establishment, who is almost always a member of the intelligence community. This means they’re willing to sell out and compromise the interests of their electorate to a foreign state, basically committing treason.

To make matters worse, the Turkish government also hooked Adams up with first-class air travel and five-star hotel stays. They gifted him first-class airline flights on Turkish Airlines, which, if you’re familiar with the experience, know it’s not great. They also gave him five-star hotel rooms in Istanbul. This is because, as the mayor, Adams doesn’t make enough money to afford such luxuries on his $300,000 salary. The question is, what did Turkey get in return for all this?

One important thing is that Adams had a Turkish government official on his staff. This raises the question of how much he was bought and paid for by the Turks. It’s obvious they put one of their people on his staff, making it clear how much they value him.

To clarify, there are a lot of examples of this happening. Some notable ones include New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez, who was convicted of taking cash bribes and acting as a foreign agent for the Egyptian government. Then there’s Representative Henry Quinonez, who was convicted of accepting huge bribes from the Azerbaijani government. Jeff Fortenberry, a congressman, was even convicted of accepting bribes from a Nigerian-Lebanese billionaire named Gilbert Chori. He’s a diplomat from Nigeria who is also a government agent.

Countries seek to get their claws into our politicians because it’s an investment. They want to get their favorite candidates ahead with these schemes. If they can get a few politicians in their pocket, the potential payout is massive. It’s not just about getting them to take small bribes; it’s about having them in their pocket so they can be blackmailed. These politicians are like venture capitalists, investing in the next big thing. They get them to help with little favors, and in return, they get a massive return on investment.

The Turkish government’s investment in Eric Adams is just one example. They’ve got a person in their pocket, and that person can do their bidding. This is how corruption works. It’s not just limited to Turkey; every country is doing it. The Egyptians, Israelis, and Nigerians are all in on this game. The US is different only because it’s the biggest prize. These politicians are selected because of their greed. If you’re a low-level state senator or city council member and you have integrity, you’ll be replaced by someone who doesn’t, and they’ll get all the money.

This is how our elected officials become mega multi-millionaires, not because they’re great investors, but because they’re easily bought.
